The Stormbird, sister ship to the Danny J, waits at home for repairs in Halibut Cove, Alaska. She is an ex-US Army T Boat, originally built to perform light towing, cargo, and personnel transport. Now she ferries passengers and mail between Halibut Cove and Homer, Alaska.
